myportfolio.ba is a free online platform that provides the following services:

  • CV Builder: A guided wizard to create professional CVs with customizable templates, sections, and PDF export capabilities.
  • Portfolio Generator: Tools to generate and publish a public portfolio page showcasing your professional profile.
  • CV PDF Extraction: The ability to upload an existing CV PDF and extract its content to pre-fill your new CV.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To access most features of myportfolio.ba, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use our services.

4. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or submit to myportfolio.ba, including your CV data, profile information, uploaded documents, and images.

By using our service, you grant myportfolio.ba a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
  • Display your public CVs and portfolio pages to anyone who accesses the corresponding public links you have chosen to share.
  • Generate PDF documents from your CV data on your behalf.

This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use myportfolio.ba to:

  • Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Create CVs or profiles containing false or misleading information intended to deceive others.
  • Distribute spam, unsolicited communications, or bulk messages through the platform.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, systems, or networks connected to the service.
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the platform.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service without our prior written consent.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

6. Intellectual Property

The myportfolio.ba platform, including its design, source code, logos, branding, templates, and all related intellectual property, is owned by myportfolio.ba and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform without our express written permission. Your data and content remain yours — we claim no ownership over the information you provide to build your CVs and portfolios.

7. Limitation of Liability

myportfolio.ba is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, myportfolio.ba and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate any provision of these Terms of Service.
  • Your account is used for any illegal or unauthorized activity.
  • We are required to do so by law or a valid legal request.
  • We decide to discontinue the service or any part of it.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may request a copy of your data before account deletion by contacting us.
